Are toll, parking and driver charges included?
Fare details — including toll, state tax, parking and driver allowance — are shared clearly before confirmation, so there are no surprises at the end of the trip.
How much advance is required for booking?
For most bookings no large advance is needed. For long trips and Urbania bookings a small token amount may be taken to confirm the vehicle — this is told to you before booking.
Can I get a taxi immediately?
Yes, in most cases we can send a car at short notice in Jalandhar, Phagwara and LPU. Call 9310000202 for the fastest response.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us as early as possible to change the date, time or car. Cancellation terms, if any, are told at the time of booking.
Do you accept online payment?
